    This may be short but read it so I was looking for a refresh app to help me get better and I found bend and I immediately fell in love first it asks some questions on what you want to focus on and etc already awesome and you don't need to pay! Unless you want premium to unlock all but I think you already get so much without premium best app though I tried a full body streatch and it helped a lot there are so many things try doing a short one before bed or a long one on weekends even focus on splits 10/10 would recommend

    There are so many things to love about Bend! But if I had to choose one, I love that Bend lets me create my own routines, and allows me to customize the timing of each stretch/exercise. This app has seriously changed my life for the better, both for my mental and physical health. Thank you so much for this incredible wellness resource! (:

    I love that it sets an automatic timer of how long I can hold each stretch, and I don’t have to manually reset it before moving on to the next one. It has kept me accountable and helped my body feel better! One thing that would help me is if I could manually set my own break in between each set. I see that it is set in 5 second increments. I believe that for myself 5 seconds is short, but 10 is too long. I would love to be able to type in the seconds that help my flow.

    What I love about Bend is the diversity in stretch choices, the adaptability of each workout, and the in-depth yet easy to follow instructions each stretch has. One thing I would add to Bend is a reset setting/button to send workouts back to their original times when they’ve been edited. Whenever I change the times of my workouts I always have difficultly remembering what they were originally set too. A reset button/setting would help this issue.

    Yes, there are the routines they describe, but they never refresh, so unless you want to pay a subscription fee for one list of 10 stretches to do every night before bed you might as well skip it
