Great service ; couldn’t ask for better !

The gentleman was courteous. A car cutter saw, and he was quick to react without sending me flying forward! Customer service was exceptional and he was on time

Windy rainy day. Jose was above and beyond very friendly.

This new update is now missing the wait time so it’s harder to time the pick up. It’s also unfortunate that recently it’s been busier than ever and it would be nice if there were more buses. There also the weird thing where the drivers navigation just makes them go weird inefficient directions that confound both drivers and passengers.

They claim to be a transportation between antioch and Pittsburg but the majority of both cities aren’t in their service zone. Useless

It is very easy to use. Hope they extend to be 7 days a week.

So so pleased with this app and service. The only thing I wish that I can schedule a pickup ahead of time, for example if I know I’m going to be using this everyday, I wish there is a way to automate a pick up rather than having to do it like 10 min before I need to leave. Other than that, this service is so helpful, please don’t defund this!
