    been in business with them for awhile and lost countless money due to their very faulty software. All of their storefront apps and management apps are inconsistent, i can’t even tell you all of the inconsistencies because even those are inconsistent and constantly changing, never runs smoothly!

    I installed this app on my phone a while back but there’s very limited feature compared to dashboard. I ended up deleted this app, and use browser to access the manager dashboard. However, the access to manager dashboard always turn out to be error message and multiple log in screen (ie having to log in several times before finally getting to the dashboard page). Seeing how low the review is I was hoping the developer could invest some time and effort into building this app. I really looking forward to a usable app.

    Uber used to be a tech company, guess at this point they are not even able to make working apps for the App Store! Error message as soon as app is opened. No way to get past it. No attempt to fix it for months

    This app was very useful to monitor my business in regards to Uber orders when I’m not around but it has been MONTHS since it has worked. It’s just a white screen with an error message. I have deleted and reinstalled countless times. I don’t understand how one of the biggest companies can have such a faulty app for months. It’s pointless to call because not one person who ever answers can answer your questions because they all work by scripts since they are outsourced to another country. With the amount of money you guys take from us, we deserve working tools! I’m very close to ending my services with you. I know I’m an ant within all their clients, but eventually it will add up or someone will do better and overtake. Get it together Uber! You have something strong here.

    There merchant service took over a week to reply to me when I couldn’t log in to my account and turn on .. I lost over a week of sales because of a terrible company .. I really hope y’all fail over time
