The regular jotform is ok. But the HIPAA version is a disaster. The PDFs get downloaded each time with different data. Some things on it are just not seen on the PDF. You have login to the app and manually see the data each time. And if you want to save it well you cant because the PDF is incomplete. We have hipaa compliant drives with BAAs. But cant even use them as the PDFs are incomplete. I regret paying for the whole year and as soon as I am done will leave. Customer service is slow and to take care of an earlier issue I had with the functionality took 3 weeks and 20 emails. Who has time to go through this again. !! They should tell you that app had all these restriction or bugs as compared to the regular one. Disaster.

I’m sure this is a great program and I expected some fees, but I wouldn’t have bothered downloading it if they said it was $40/month somewhere in the description.
