Was working great until the latest update

Your app is great it makes brushing teeth fun along with the Pokémon Jumping and playing and cleaning our teeth!

My daughter has used this app for a while. However, the new update doesn’t work. It goes to a blank white screen when she presses “Get Brushing”. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.

i love this app it motivates me to regularly brush my teeth, but ever since i’ve updated to version 2.0.7 i am unable to use the teeth brushing function of the game. whenever i click on the “start brushing” button the screen turns the light blue and doesn’t transition to the tooth brushing screen. i’ve checked that this isn’t an issue with my device because my mom who also has the app on her phone is experiencing the same problem.

After the recent update anytime I try to brush it stops on a blue screen

My son has played this for months, has gotten really far in it and loves using it every night. Tonight there was an update and after the update, the app only shows a blank screen when you go to start the brushing part. It happened after updating? He can’t use it now and it says support isn’t available on IOS for this app, so I can’t report it. Hoping support sees this and fixes it asap

Latest update causes brushing and “hat mode” to no longer work.

We were forced to update before use this morning and now the game can’t load anything but the first page.

Latest update does not work. App opens but brushing game does not load. Messaged support, which sent irrelevant information indicating they did not even read my message (told me to update to the latest version, be in a well lit area, etc)
