I love this place. The app works great and offers specials, the place is super cute and clean and the people are really sweet. The food has always been great. I probably eat here once a week- it’s the one thing I know I’ll miss when I move.

The new app looks great, and more importantly gets out of the way and let’s me order my Pho!! 😀

The app lets you pick delivery even if the individual restaurant doesn’t allow delivery through the Pho Hoa app. I picked delivery, I was charged the $4.99 delivery fee, and then my food sat for an hour. I ended up picked up the food myself and was told by the restaurant that they can’t refund the delivery fee.
