thing is bad

I tried to download this app on a macbook and it whenever I click open it says there was an installation issue. The macbook is up to date and I deleted it and retried 3 times, so I am not sure what the problem is.

the app pages states it requires 10.13.0 or later and according to customer support it requires 11.0 or later BEWARE

don’t know why its made available for mac pc if it doesnt work. entire screen is black. 🤷🏽‍♀️ disappointed ☹️

This is the worst app. I am unable to even open it after downloading on my Mac. I just get a black screen. No help what so ever from the company.

This desktop version of the app is even more convenient than the phone version. you can go ahead or back to whichever lesson you want which is really helpful for my son who already knows most of the first lessons. no issues with crashing or anything for me.

I love this app but since the upgrade, there are constant issues. My son's progress is never saved, we have to search through the lessons to find out what he remembers and what he doesn't. There are these stars that show which lesson to click on but they only ever show to click on the final review, even before he's completed any lessons on that level. Now today it won't let me add another child profile, it keeps saying error 401. I paid for a year up front so i'm definetly frustrated!

App does not work. HOF gave me a password which does not work. Will cancel tomorrow. App freezes my entire computer and says I'm not connected to internet. Avoid if you can.

We got this for our two kids, and while they actually do like the activities themselves…the app locks up literally every……single……time i try to use it. I have to quit the app every few activities as it locks up! junk! Cancelling my subscription.

Cannot use this app on the laptop. We downloaded it and it crashes with a long error report coming up each time. Disasterous technology.
