Got a year subscription around July or so last year and it worked great up to now, I don’t understand why but the app just will not load up anymore. I’ve checked every setting for it uninstalled and reinstalled it three times, but it still will not load.

I have a valid subscription on the Apple Store until March 23 but I keep reveiving foram HotVpn that i do not have a valid subscription

An app that steals your money! I bought it last year in April! Paid for a full year , after a few months it says you don’t have active membership… I am in the same account with the same membership email … paid through Apple Store ! Shame on you

I bought a year subscription on accident but I’m passed that. I didn’t know what a vpn was but I educated myself and started to get some use out kf this app then one day I tried to use it and it said I don’t have a subscription. I clicked on restore purchases and nothing. I sent an email to the contact us but haven’t received a response so idk what to do

I have three days to try to cancel my free trial and the price is outrageous and there is no option for me to cancel I’ve done everything it supposedly said but there’s no way that’s working I’ve gone to Google play AppStore I’ve gone to Settings Knogo. As well as this app hasn’t done anything except tell me that I’ve almost been tracked not worth it in my opinion you need to have the options were we can cancel at any time easier because nobody has 90 bucks

I did not sign up for this but somehow it took my money. I cancelled the subscription and am now attempting to get my money back.

I have no idea how this app got on my phone, or the $89 fee, I’ll be getting a refund thanks

I bought it to get one week free and cancelled it before the week ended. But i still got my money taken, do not buy this its a scam.
