I run a rural route and mostly every single stop is pinned in the wrong area. If I click to navigate me there it takes me to the long/lat and it’s wrong. This needs an integrated map box, or to be more like groundcloud. But most important why is every other address pinned wrong?

They need to stop changing the number stops during the route that screws us all up while trying to deliver.

Has this software never been maintained by engineers? It keeps freezing, dropping, and making errors. such a failure

The only good thing I see is it removes the finished stops. Tried to GPS on a route I know frontwards and backwards to trial run for our contract and it pulled up not only the wrong address, but went longest way possible. Could move the dots to correct locations, but couldn’t see the corrected version without going through info. Would be nice to have that fixed. For rural routes, I do not recommend contracts using unless the driver knows the route inside and out. Definitely would be an issue especially with new drivers.
