  • Super fun, could be explained better

I really like this game, I’ve got 2 chars over lvl 50 and one at 101 already. It’s simple to play and a lot of fun, it does get a bit repetitive and grindy after you beat the main story line. The worst part is how poorly they explain stuff like the market, legendary essence/gems, and certain currencies. I have had to look up a lot of stuff to find out if I could do anything with an accidentally doubled gem or duplicate legendaries and oftentimes it’s really difficult to find a party, especially the 8 required for lassal or 4 for hell2 dungeons
  • Sad, Sad, Money Grab

This is not a Blizzard game, this is not Diablo, this is a NetEase game with a thin coating of Diablo to sell the brand. It’s a massive money grab by Blizzard and a rather successful one at that… it’s 100% not the Diablo grind of previous years. Sad to see even the biggest gaming companies selling off their brands to make a quick buck. Was fun while it lasted, but Blizzard is officially trash.

This is a 100% true customer review as a player of this game. This game is MARVELOUS!!! When “God Of War” meets perfectly with “Lord Of The Rings” and the combination is not just a game but a true mythical story line with beyond imagination graphics and diversity. Different hero types for different tastes so mesmerizing that cant stop playing it.

There is no better proof that ratings can be manipulated than this game having 4.5 stars. It is an abomination of greed and shallow gameplay
  • Solo modes

I do generally like this game but im getting really tired of being forced to play with parties that quit halfway through a dungeon leaving me to die and not get the ending loot need more solo modes

This game is a huge disappointment. My friends and I were very excited about this game as we like to play mobile games together. We thought this was a great game to play and spend money on. We have no problem investing in our entertainment. We all began playing and spending some. We found out after the story campaign which is very very short and no where near what players deserve, especially for the amount of money a player can spend here. The story is fun and voiced and has some good cut scenes. However even in the story which is too short toh be bugs there are bugs. The game is an endless grind for higher power. Now what do you get when you achieve this higher power NOTHING! Well to be fair you do gain the ability to grind a new difficulty in order to power some more for the next difficulty and so on into infinity. If you like Diablo and want to play on mobile this is fun. But don’t spend any more money beyond buying the battle pass because unless you plan to spend $10,000 or more it’s not worth it. Seriously you will get almost zero benefit for spending $100. It will be like you spent nothing. So if you enjoy the grind give them 5 bucks and have fun. Blizzard should be ashamed…

I post this after many hours with the game. I did not understand the legendary gem system at first (upgrades for socketable items where your stats are exponentially boosted) - and I personally made similar comments to what you’ll see in some reviews - that micros are optional and not required. This is true if you just want to play the game thru once or twice for the story (and in that regard, it is one of the better mobile games I’ve played). If you intend to be part of a clan and keep up with events/pvp - this is where people start to separate. No amount of grinding will get you to the level of a paying player - the only avenue to stay competitive is to pay. We’re not talking about small sums either - many, many, many thousands of dollars to max out (with good RNG). When I had spent around $100 and realized that years of grinding wouldn’t be enough to get close, I quit .
