I have these apps installed for 5-6 days and I cant stop using them. So much fun.. the best part is you can do workouts like you feel like. Yoga for low days and HIIT for high energy days. Meditation for everyday. Love them so much.
Came back after a long break.

Just three weeks at the lowest levels and I am already feeling noticeably stronger. I appreciate that it is always changing and that I can choose to play my own music. A few things that would make it even better: 1) an option to repeat sets, 2) separate warm ups and cool downs so I could do them before and after a string of different workouts and/or before and after my own workout (ie running) — could also be an option in the yoga app

Holy moly. I’ve had this thing since creation. I think I bought a lifetime purchase. Either way. The categories. The customization. The F innn music is actually dope. I started in their yoga app first. That one is super clutch. Calisthenics - body weight heaven. And if you have excercise Knowledge so easy to Add bands or what ever. I really like this app. It’s really just another weapon in the arsenal of fitness.

I’ve been using this app for a few years. I love that I can customize my workout anyway I want. Duration, exercises, music, pace, etc. I think it’s really helped me to work out more.

These apps never disappoint to deliver the best workout no matter what I need each day. Leg day, chest day, yoga day, or just need to move but am so tired not sure what I want day.
