What a bait and switch SCAM!!! I’m really aggravated that it’s listed as an “Apple Free app “

Last night I bought this app. The lifetime subscription made the most sense at $70. I was excited to add my garden this morning! I have used other apps and was specifically looking for a diagnostic tool if a plant is unwell. This app only names some possible problems and no solutions. Even adding your garden is inaccurate. The pictures are from other peoples homes (as opposed to professional) and it has gotten at least three wrong on identification this morning! I have requested a refund so we shall see if the developer stands behind their product.

If you’re an unsophisticated gardener, like myself, and hoping this provides good insight as to what may be wrong with your plants, it doesn’t. It basically says, you’re watering too much or too little. Maybe too much sun…or too little. Maybe it’s environmental factors, or not. Serves no purpose. Deleting immediately.

Horrible plant identifier.

I know everyone wants to be a billionaire but a plant app probably is not the best path to get rich. Can not blame the developer for trying but most people will be better off with free websites or other apps to get their plant info.

First off the app isn't exactly free. Yes, free to download but not free to do anything else. I still went with it hoping it would be useful. It can tell you what a plant is - generically - but as for watering and diagnoses of damage, it is complete junk. Everything including CACTUS says water every 3-4 days. 🙄 And as someone else mentioned, everything diagnosis is either not enough or too much water. Don't go with this one. Not worth it!!

Trying to cancel a trail that expires today not finding an option when I open the app on my iPhone.

There is absolutely no access to the app unless you pay or do a 3 day free TRIAL. I don’t want to buy or get a trial for an app I do not know about. Man, if only people can create without trying to force a profit out of it :) I know you guys have AI to help with the status of the plant but… AI is everywhere now and not special. I saw a comment where the AI was incorrect also. Thankfully I don’t buy into these apps. If you’re reading this to get the “free” app, don’t get it. You can look up the problems with your plants on google for free, and there’s probably an app that’s actually free that will allow you to take care of your plants. Thanks but no thanks

The ad says the app is free, however, once you download it, you immediately get a page that says try for free, then $6.99/week. So if you decide to download this, be ready to pay, or use the free trial and cancel it before you get charged. I did it for fun, and it misdiagnosed my plant that I’ve had for 12 years!! Not a good app!!!

This app is unbelievably wrong. I snapped a pic in google and it was immediately right. I took ten pics of my plant with this app and it identified it wrong every time. I know what the plant is so I know it is wrong. Absolutely useless.
