I added the app and signed up via the “7 day free trial.” I found out that it isn’t actually a free trial. They charge you within 48 hours.

I just purchased this app 2 days ago and it keeps crashing when I try to access one of the Treatment and Intervention flash cards. I finished the practice questions but it’s stuck on the last one and crashes every time I try to answer it. I need to study for my exam which is expensive enough just to register for it. I hate wasting $ I don’t have on something I can’t use.

Sometimes it’s 2 questions in, other times it’s 50, 60, or 100 questions in. Without fail, each category I attempt to complete crashes. A random question comes up that has nothing to do with psychology, and no matter what you answer, it says it’s wrong and then boots you out of the application. I would like my money back please so I can maybe look elsewhere for a company that will address glitches and errors.

Old questions that are often repeated. Answers sometimes doubled or they don’t fit in the boxes so you can’t even fully read them. The scoring glitches so you can’t see your accurate score. You can’t access incorrect responses. You can’t move backwards to flag or review or save to answer at the end. Doesn’t give you option to see results at the end, instead automatically shows you the answer and it’s not always clear.

Do not get. Paid for a subscription and still can’t get in. No way to contact eppp. Getting ready to get ahold of Apple. This is absolutely ridiculous.

If you read the reviews for this app they’re all made up and the same reviewers appear on other products this company advertises (for different exams). After agreeing to a 7-day trial, the next day I was fully charged for a 6 month subscription even though I had decided to cancel. The material is okay but it’s not comparable in difficulty compared to other study methods.

Only using it for a day and already had a lot of frustrating technical difficulties (questions showing up with multiple of identical answers choices, questions with answers choices for completely different questions). The app froze multiple times already. I’m also not a fan of how I can’t go back to look at the questions and possible answers again after I answered it (the window that pops up indicating if the answer was correct or not, covers most of the actual question and possible answers). I liked how it asked me if I’m at a beginner / middle or advanced level.

You should use this app if you want to pass the exam first try
