App won’t open, I paid for it and logged in. Now every time I try to open app, gets to loading screen and closes. Do not recommend.

This app is great at tracking everything even if you’re not Keto.

Best way to keep track and stay on track!!

I went with three stars because I have not had a chance to use the app. I chose it and entered my information and so far so good. I want to be able to track macros as part of my diet plan. It would be very nice if it also would implement other values from Apple health as well. once I am able to try it out for a longer period of time I will come back to update my review.

It’s easy to use and it calculates everything I need to accurately plan my day.

This app gets carbs wrong on a lot of bar codes

I have no issue with compensating a developer for their efforts; however, I take great issue with being forced to pay for a minimum of 30 days to even get the chance to see how the app works. I’m seriously being asked to pay before I can even explore the app? No, thank you.

I love this app! Macros were confusing before using this app. Now, I know exactly how much to eat to keep my weight under control. Plus, I am not tempted to stray off from this style of eating. Recipes are great and I like the option of being able to add my own food. Love it!
