The magic remote is chaos. The pointer is wild n hard to land n stay. Pointer moves while clicking. Very difficult to get guides. Difficult to learn. We exchanged tvs to get a no-magic remote.

This doesn't work at all. I try to link the remote up with my fire stick and it just keeps trying to get me to download a universal remote which I don't need.

out of nowhere it stopped working then when tried to find a new app to use it kept going back to this one and even after deleting and reinstalling it still doesn’t work. it’s not very reliable it just stopped working out of nowhere
