The app was great until it starts taking flames off random when I haven’t missed a day. I have emailed them 4 times now and no response. I logged today and it jumped back to one flame. This is happening too much. Will probably find another app.

The barcode scanning feature never worked. Most of the meals you want to add into your daily log you will have to type it down. The AI scanning tool, does not recognize labels if you want to scan a package. The measurements of the food you’re about to eat are not registered automatically. No customer support No contact information No cancellation of subscription

No complaints, I just wish I didn’t get signed out every other day.

I just downloaded today, so I’ve only been playing with it for a couple of hours, but I can’t find a way to take the timer off my screen. It counts down both your fast and your time off fast, so it’s literally always counting down seconds on the top of my phone screen. Super distracting and annoying and invasive and begging to get deleted immediately.

I’ve always wanted to do fasting but I was so unsure how to. I found this app and it’s explained everything to me!! I’ve had this app for awhile and I’ve lost a couple pounds already and I’m able to think clearer. I just feel better overall. I also really like how the app tells u what stages you're on like autophagy for example. Love this app man!!!

This app is constantly shutting down!!!! Constantly telling me that my information is wrong when signing in!! Friends have told me that they are always having problems with their accounts as well! They don’t respond or fix these problems! No Stars!

Constantly have to sign in to app and couldn’t get any support to help when I wanted to change password. I cancelled And asked for Refund.

I love this app! My only issue is the constant notifications! Way too many. It would be nice to choose the notifications I want. Just remind me to start and stop my fast. I don’t need all the others - I get 5-10 a day.
