I really like this app—how easy it is to use, and how it helps me keep on top of my A1c. However, as someone paying $4.99 a month, I was really hoping to be able to access reports to share with my doctor and dig deeper into my information on the website (as stated in the description). As it is, I have no access to those things, and there’s no way to find out how to do so.

How can I view a report or sync with Health App for iOS? Paying a monthly fee I should be able to sync. No place to find a report yet app details says you can do this with premium version. Frustrating.

I signed up to try, 4.99 monthy (ok, lets see). But if I decide to cancel, there is zero information on how to contact you. PLEASE PUT YOUR CONTACT INFO UP, its the right thing to do. I will change rating once i use the app.

What a sham of an app, can’t be used unless you’re a subscriber. False advertising.
  • Incorrect blood sugar data

While I really like this app, I question the accuracy of the data For example, per my physician, a 2 hr postprandial glucose 180 or below is normal. This app notes this elevated. And a fasting glucose (1st morning reading), a reading of 130 or lower is normal. Again, this app does not reflect that. If the reading is higher than 125, it is noted as elevated. Otherwise, I really like the app. It is simple and easy to work with. I just wish I could manually adjust normal and high parameters. Thanks, Tina Miles.

I was using this app for about 2 months . When it updated it brought me to a welcome type screen and at the end said “try your free trial” and wouldn’t let me access anything until i tried the trial and then paid for it . I was really enjoying the app and would have paid for it if this dishonest game wasnt played out of no where .

I used this daily just to see my numbers. I went to use it one day and it had changed to pay version. Wow, I couldn’t believe it. Luckily I really don’t need it like some people. I’m out.

LOVED this app. It was easy to input glucose levels and check trends and estimated A1C. Suddenly, updated interface requires $4.99/month. Nope. You lost a customer with that sudden change. I can understand asking for that money if I needed more options, but the only way to use its most basic functions is by paying that every month. Bad decision. Regrettably, I’m canceling and deleting the app ☹️

It was free and basic to now a subscription that allows for nothing basic nor free. Greed. You can have it! Everyone is out to nickel and dimes us to death.
