I paid for the annual fee or premium package and the remote works when it wants to and volume never controls my TV sound or google device. I should have just ordered another Chromecast remote instead.

Worked fine at first now it’s updated or something and it won’t connect to my tv even though it pops up to pair. Super weird very disappointing!

Nobody download this app. It steals money from your bank account instantly.

Purchased Sam remote app. Worked well until they need more money. Now I’m shuffling between 3-4 apps, just to connect and control my Samsung TV.. 16.99$ for this low level experience?? Keep away from any apps from this company.. ONLY IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

App says it’s a remote but it only controls the volume, THATS IT!!! It’s totally misleading and it’s on purpose. Trash like this should be taken off the App Store.

Sent me to a tv remote app, because apparently putting the remote to your google tv, and the remote to your home remote device, is just too much to ask of one of the largest, richest, most technologically capable companies in the world. And on top of that, the tv remote app is sent to does not work for the google tv. Waste of time, and frustratingly useless.
