Costs more than the regular and the app isn’t even complete, it doesn’t work right, waste of space

I am so remorseful that I even have to use this app. It is by far one of my biggest headaches in my daily life for work. It never loads properly on my phone, it freezes regularly, and I have to uninstall and reinstall. It has been a nightmare and I wish I had never changed to it .

App doesn’t work, gives black screen with time zone error.

This app is worthless. Unsuccessful faxes. App crashes constantly. This has to be fixed.

UPDATE: After working fine for quite some time, I am now unable to login at all using the mobile app. Says my credentials are wrong when I know they’re correct! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! This app worked fine up until a few weeks ago, now it constantly crashes and it stopped notifying me of new faxes. Very important communications are being missed. Please fix this!!

This is a sad example of development playing in production. They created a new version of the software in production and have no way of rolling it back to the old version because they apparently never kept a copy of the old version. They plan on rolling out an update to correct what is not working in the future however they don’t know when. You can’t follow the help provided within the app because those options don’t exist. You can’t download your fax or print it. Any other company would only allow developers to work in a completely separate environment on separate servers and a separate network. Testing only in a development environment to get all the bugs out before deploying it in production. They would have also kept a copy of the previous version in order to roll back to the previous version if something went wrong. This company didn’t any precautions.

The new updated version is no longer completely functional with our EHR charting program - Matrix Care Home Health. Please reach out to them to resolve the compatibility issue!!!

You can not sign, you can not print, you can not share with any other app. It’s not worth of business. Please downgrade to previous version at least it was working . There is no plus sign no edit sign. Horrible.

App does not work on iphone. Very inconvenient that you can’t check your efax electronically.

Crashing is still an issue. Never had with normal version. Frustrating
