Even if your sitting in the parking lot of a busy store and your rating is 5 stars you still won’t get any orders. Beware before you sign up

Just a short list of all the wonderful things this company does to make sure they can steal from shoppers and underpay them and cheat customers. - “shopper support” is outsourced and a lot of times there’s a huge language barrier. These agents will cancel orders, leaving the shopper with no pay. They will mess with your payment card and keep you from seeing good orders if you rate them less than 5 stars. - They put as many as 3 orders together, sometimes shopping for 3 people at 2 different stores. -They attach no tip/ low tip/high mileage customers to a good tipping customer, then penalize you when you try to get that order removed because you refuse to work for free. -Security is a joke. Trust and safety is a joke. IC will send out emails about offenses the shopper never committed . Meanwhile, they allow for people to have multiple phones to grab as many orders as they can, shoppers who use bots and stolen or bought accounts. They do nothing about the fact that there are groups of shoppers cheating the rest of us out of income. -It is so easy to hack this app and scam. We frequently get scam orders for high ticket items. People who order groceries on someone’s hacked account then claim they never got the stuff to get a refund, leaving someone else to foot the bill for them. -over hiring has lead to less and less work. Some shoppers will even harass other shoppers for getting a better order than them and pester them to cancel the batch so they can have a chance to grab it. I’ve even seen a group of shoppers circle around another shopper to try to intimidate them into not shopping at a store. It’s nuts and IC could care less.

Unless you want to pay more than get back in this gig app. Dont bother

I have done instacart for a little over a year now and I have to say its my favorite job I have had my whole life. You get freedom to work your own schedule. It challenges you and Its great experience for those looking to increase their work skills. If you work hard and dedicate yourself Instacart can be an extremely rewarding career.

Love helping people and to do it on my schedule is even better. Great company.

Your your own Boss

As the title said, there was a time were I was at my lowest and I couldn’t find a job to make good money then I came across this amazing app that from time to time people would tell me about so me being curious I went ahead and downloaded it so after a month of having it i was kinda skeptical about it but then the pandemic hit and i was doing doordash at the time but then doordash decided to no longer keep me and I went ahead and tried this app and for my surprise no kidding and I wish I could add some pictures here, but what i made on doordash compared to what I made on instacart was way way different imagine in one week I made about 1,200$ delivering instacart as to with doordash i was making about 400$to 500$, long story short I’ve also been recognized by shoppers and one thing i will say about this app that truthfully stays with me and i will never let them go is that they value the employee any way they can help they will, so if you’re thinking on downloading it and have doubts look me up on instagram (streeteuro93) ask me there and I can show you pictures and proof of income when it comes to shopping for them you won’t regret it.

Batches are not worth the cheap pay, they should really reevaluate their tips because $1-4 is not even making minimum wage per hour
