My most significant problem is with on time arrival. Grub Hub does not account for traffic also the app should not start the clock for restaurant arrival until you have completed your previous order.

I’m trying to apply and the app won’t even send the verification email to my email, I’ve clicked resend too many times to count… very disappointing

Food delivery apps are now a secondary way to earn income for a huge number of people. The problem is within the last year many of these applications have drastically reduced the ability to earn a fair wage by as much as 50%. Many of the offers through Grubhub will be for less than $10. A fair wage is typically at least $1 per mile. However, the scheme that’s now in place for most applications is for half that amount, or less. Unless these organizations are regulated, it has now simply become a race to the bottom, where the drivers are blatantly getting ripped off. Grubhub is now a shell of the company it used to be, with customer service being nearly nonexistent. Just a bad idea, don’t learn the hard way.

I love this great way to make easy cash

I don’t seem to understand how cancellation should affect my account especially when I can’t deliver an order due merchant having longlines or heavy traffic or factors that are out of our control. This isn’t fair to any contractor that takes up work with your company and you fail to have a system in place that takes this into consideration. Please work on it, period!!!

The app tells you in your profile that you should not worry when an order is not prepared on time, that this will not affect your metrics, however, it is a vile lie because you do not automatically know that the time is not updated or that you send a message to the customer. telling you that your order is not ready at all It simply lowers your metric because you are late to deliver the order So it is false, I do not understand that this is a fault that they have and they must correct because it affects the Driver

You’re put on notice Refusing to pay tips Only an ignorant person would work for any of these companies See what they did. Kept my money my tips which is illegal and they don’t care. They take 60% of delivery fees for their lawyers because they are constantly in court

Grubhub has been very generous to me giving me orders I’m earning averaging $100 a order payment for myself and my family, my wife and children,. I’m very grateful for Grubhub. It definitely have shown me love and kindness and benefits. May I continue to represent the company and to be blessed at this rate, Grubhub is blessing me I should be a multi millionaire by next month
