It has been 4 days and my G5 internet is still not working.

When i first downloaded the app, much like most apps, it was great. I was able to set parental controls with ease and change password and name no problem. After about two weeks the app wont open or if it does it says im not connected. I try to troubleshoot and it does the same thing. The internet service works pretty good so its difficult to understand why the app has so much trouble. Good luck downloading this i hope your experience with it is better than mine.

Poor signal. Been working fine until about a week ago and it’s turned into a dud for wifi

T Mobile must be providing wifi to too many people and now the tower is overloaded. Worked great for 10 months now the last month not so great.

Inconsistence speed, horrible speeds not the speeds that are advertised

The wifi is not good at our home.. when I called they said that it will be EXCELLENT because there’s a antenna near my home.. well that didn’t matter. I have called more than once and still the wifi is horrible. All of my devices drop and even when I’m alone just using my phone the signal is horrible!! I don’t want to switch bk to my other provider but think I’m going to have to.
