Confusing

Every call gets rerouted and doesn’t ever reach the end user, FAT WASTE OF MONEY, no support from customer service and the beginning user instructions are clear but misleading, does not operate as advertised

I needed this for a very important call to reference for notes and a 6 minute interview was completely erased and didn’t save. So frustrating

Just want a on deman record saved to hard drive! !? This is only for premeditated phone calls out! Not incoming on demand needed calls to record!

By the time I put the contact number, for the second time, the recording runs out!!!! Not Good!!

I am disappointed with this app. I am trying to call a company to get hard evidence and this app basically commuted fraud of my 10 dollars.
