    I downloaded the app and created an account and saw I hated the way the workouts were laid out. J don’t want to watch a video all the way through, I want the moves and instruction to go at my own pace. I wanted to delete the account I was forced to sign up for to see the app. I was told I had to delete it through the online website and when when to go online, I don’t have a password because I didn’t through the app so I couldn’t delete the account. Its very scammy and I’m pretty sure the way it’s set up is illegal and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

    Unless you plan on upgrading to Pro, I do not recommend this app. I was bombarded with emails telling me to upgrade. I clicked on a link for recipes, it showed me an add for Pro and then showed me the recipes are only available with Pro. It’s like a constant ad to upgrade.

    Update: after leaving this review, I was offered a way to connect my tracking device. I really appreciated the immediate fix for my problem. FitOn should really offer a 1 day trial on the pro version to see if it’s all it’s supposed to be. When I googled which device you can pair it with, Versa, Versa 2, Versa 3, Versa Lite, and Sense were all listed. But once you pay for the subscription only 2 of those can be connected. You can’t see which workouts are in the programs without starting them first. How do I know which one I want to pick? All in all, still a great app that I will continue to use.

    I have tried many workout apps, but this is the best one by five. You’ll be a video coach the equipment you need to use as most of the equipment are pretty accessible.

    I have been using this app for 4 years now. I feel like the instructors are my family. I tend to gravitate towards certain batch of trainers, but I’m going to try to branch out. I’m just a creature of habit. I super duper love Cassey, Danielle, Caroline, Breann, Jeanette , Vytas, and OMG Kenta’s workout names are hilarious, and his workouts are challenging! I hope I didn’t miss anyone because that’s my fam lol. The app is great about adding new workouts, offering a large selection of workouts, and lots of variety. I do some of the workouts over and over again and never get bored. Like Danielle’s Dynamic Warm Up. It’s quick, super fun and hypes me up for my workout. I high five her at the end, but she doesn’t do it back 😂I I just can’t get sick of that one. They are real, like in Cassey’s Flexibility Stretch, her ponytail gets in her face at the end when she’s doing the mermaid (I LOVEEEEE the mermaid) and it’s so funny. They don’t edit it out, you feel like you’re there with them. FitOn does a really great job selecting amazing and approachable trainers. Thank you FitOn, I love you so much!

    Jsut recently I haven’t been able to invite people to do a workout together. It says error due to child age or something within those lines. I never changed anything for that to happen. I tried reaching out for help but the help was never there. Communication lacks, help lacks, not professional in that aspect.

  • Where are the work outs for handicap

    I got this from my health insurance use them. So where are the work outs for handicap people. The Silver And Fit have handicap work outs, very disappointed that my health insurance went with the company. Can’t use if you are chair bound, I think there were 3 work outs for chair bound people.

    There’s a lot of good work outs and information but it’s difficult to navigate. My gym isn’t even listed so I’m unable to log my actives.

  • Bad customer service

    I genuinely loved this app so much. I have been using for a little over a year and unfortunately last month the feature where you can workout with friends stopped working. It gave me a weird error code that I needed a child workoutid. My friend and I used to workout together all the time, that’s all I used the app for. I reached out multiple times a week ago. I even asked for updates and I had no help. They just said they were going to “work on it ASAP” yet did nothing. My ticket was closed so I responded to their survey saying my problem was never solved. Once again they said they’d reach out, it’s been days and nothing. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave the app. I asked for a refund, hopefully I get it…
