This app is NOT perfect, but its getting incrementally better and is a joy to use. I am scatterbrained so it keeps all that info accessible right away. Working on re-tooling my productivity and was pleased to discover that SideNotes has Shortcuts integration. Just download it ya dingus

I'm really enjoying using SideNotes. It's missing just one function that I think would make it absolutely perfect: I'd really like to be able to expand and contract a note. So if I have a lengthy code block or text block, I'd like to be able to expand it when I need it, and then contract it when not in use so I don't have to scroll so far to access other notes.

Updated to Big Sur today. Looked for a Notes sidekick and found SideNotes. Impressed with the features! Works with TextExpander and MindNode 😍 Keep it awesome! 🤩

This app is a useful app. Its great to always have something on the side where i can take some quick notes. But as of a few days ago the app wont open at all. Ive restarted my computer multiple times and that hasnt helped at all. Because of the format of the app, I can't even access the setting. For being an app that I payed for, i expected more.

Fantastic app and I love the idea. Will be a 5 star app if the dev can give us font color. Please...this is almost a perfect note app for the Mac. Thanks! edit: Bolding is not working correctly. When a word is bolded or italiced, it adds stars to the side. shows: **bold** *italic* etc

Great utility. Lots of room for improvements esp. for the price, but great start.

Love the convenience and easy of this app! Truly the most easy to use and convenient app for busy people this ideas and tasks coming from every direction a mile a minute. I just wish there were partner apps for the iphone or ipad, no access on those devices definitely inhibits my use.

I love the app. I have tried out several apps like this. I ended up using each app for a specific category. Helps separate running notes and keeps it all clean. Would be nice to also come out with an iOS and cloud sync.
