As an author, I have created over 40 tees that represent our books and characters are readers love these teams and these tees support charities. I don’t know of any company like adagio that does something this magnificent. I’m all in on adagio.

App simply flashes and won’t load. Please fix it

The app can take so long to load that a mobile website would be a better experience. A splash screen can flash and strobe for more than a minute before any content is displayed, often soon followed by pop ups for special deals that interrupt the shopping experience. The worst shopping app I’ve used.

The app won’t get past the opening screen. It flashes white then tries to reload the start screen over and over until you quit the app. I’m using iOS 17.4. Please fix this problem!!

I’ve ordered through the Adagio Tea website before, and I love the selection available. So when I saw that they had an app for purchases, well, color me intrigued. I got it, and I was surprised at how streamlined it is. There’s even a point after purchase where you can offer feedback, which I have to say I’m very grateful for. I hope my advice is heard, but with how busy they are, it might not be always feasible. Highly recommend!

Normally I would have given this app a 4 or 5. For the past month when I open the app I get a flashing , strobe like effect. I don’t know what the problem is but I’m glad I don’t have seizures. In the meantime I have access Adagio through Google Chrome.

I have used the app for all my tea orders but now if you open the app it just cycles and flashes a white light. I don’t order from Adagio anymore. It’s been going on for a long time so I don’t understand why they don’t fix it. So strange.

The app is fun and easy to use; get points and rewards for great tasting tea!

I love their tea! I love their service! I always receive exactly what I ordered and I receive it quickly

Great app and I love the tea - only took a star off because it never keeps me logged in which is a pain when I don’t have a password set up and need a code emailed every time I want to edit my wishlist.
