Recently downloaded the app to create some Christmas stories for my kids gift-shop. However we were not using it enough and canceled the subscription which it was $29.99 a month to be canceled anytime. My son (13 year old) wanted to keep using the subscription and renew the subscription and somehow I got charged $266.55 for the year. I call to understand why since it was month to month and they told me that they did not deal with payments to contact my bank. I tried to refute the payment and explained that is was supposed to be a month to month subscription that I didn’t mind getting charged for the time I was using it but not for the entire year. My bank couldn’t do anything. I understand it was a mistake on my end. But it was an honest mistake. Also I tried seeing how they got $266.55 and I couldn’t even figure out. It seemed any option they had for the year was cheaper that $266.55. The app says in the description for +4 year old. Really???

I literally paid $15 just to get ripped off and didn't work at all. I remember a while ago this app used to work but now it definitely doesn't I would avoid it at all costs. it freezes and then kicks you out no matter what

This app used to be easy to use and had a lot of great music within the app and can be easily replaced music plus easy to find the music that I like, BUT NOW there’s NO music available for user to change. I had to upload the reel to Facebook or Instagram then I could make change on there, and it was very slow and buggy. It’s difficult to find music that I like. What a changed from best to worst. Oh yeah the templates like 6, 9, 16 seconds long I could only put 3 to 7 images the most some templates only allowed 3 images??? Right now I’m so disappointed after paying for a whole year for subscription. You need to bring back in app music selection and more presentation styles templates Thanks, but no thanks for the ugly updated!!
