    Over all we didn’t have any trouble sleeping, 16hours difference between US and Japan will make you tired etc, but we did not experience any significant jet lag at all. ❤️ I followed the instructions 90% of the time. It worked, I’m very happy with it. Im definitely trying it again in the future with different time zone. Super simple and friendly app.

    I have never left an app review but this app worked so well that I feel compelled to tell everyone! We flew from California to Japan, and on the way there experienced a little jet lag on the first day (mostly owing to our 7 year old who couldn’t follow the plan quite as well), but on the way home I experienced almost zero. I was stunned! Last time I travelled internationally I was a mess for 4-5 days each way. I will absolutely be using this app again. And I will be telling my friends and family!

    I got Timeshifter because I was going to Rome and staying one week. I did not want to waste even one day being out of it. I followed the directions which were simple and had no jet lag. The people I traveled with had very bad jet lag for about two days. It wasn’t just fatigue but headaches, stomach issues, dizziness, and feeling zoned. The app sent me a text when I was to avoid light or be in bright light. It was very easy to follow. Best of all it worked!!!

    I started using this program a couple of years before it became available via an app. To the extent that I follow it, I get excellent results. I use it mostly for vacations. I usually follow the pre-travel program rigorously before outbound travel but not very well before return travel; I give higher priority to enjoying my vacation. Particularly impressive was my experience when I spent 35 hours, and two overnight flights, traveling from Seattle to Botswana. My first afternoon in Botswana I took a game tour with some tourists who were amazed that I had just arrived and was functioning normally. I had gone to Botswana to work and had scheduled a recovery day before starting work. The recovery day was quite unnecessary.

    As someone who is extremely prone to jetlag, Timeshifter was literally life altering. I flew from LA to the UK, and had not one minute of jet lag. I was able to hit the ground running and truly maximize my limited time on UK soil. Super easy to use, this app is now a permanent part of my travel plans. Thank you Timeshifter!!

    I have now used the Timeshifter app for two international trips, including a recent one from the US to New Zealand and Australia, and I can honestly say it makes a huge difference in being able to hit the ground running without jet lag. Last year I used it when I went to Portugal and I was the only one in our group who wasn’t bothered by jet lag thanks to Timeshifter.

    Recommended 100% it works and it helped me a lot. I went to Greece, which is eight hours of difference where I live from. It help me a lot. It’s incredible the way that works, recommend it.

    I traveled overseas overseas many times in my 20’s and early 30’s. Jet lag was always an issue no matter if just a few hours difference or up to 12. I hadn’t been overseas for about 15 years and with a trip from the United States to Central Asia 10 hour difference I was wondering how I would handle it now in my 50’s especially since we had a one week turnaround. A friend mentioned Timeshifter and the first trip free offer. I gave it a shot. Couldn’t believe how good I felt on both ends of the trip. I tried to follow the plan as well as possible. We landed in Asia early in the morning and I had no tiredness or desire for a nap during a long first day. I never woke up at odd hours during the night. On the return home I got in bed at 2am and woke up at 7am totally refreshed and ready for a day with the wife and kids. My only complaint is that Timeshifter didn’t give me a plan for dealing with the spring forward time change 😉I’m totally going to purchase the service for any future trips that cross multiple time zones. Thanks Timeshifter!

    Used on a long haul flight trip I take regularly to France. Could definitely tell the difference, even with a cramped flight where I slept less than I typical.
