    I write otp from my phone sms and it works but when I write otp code from email it constantly says it’s wrong even tho it’s perfectly correct. I can’t even register

    Hi I’m trying to log in but unfortunately the Facial Biometric Verification is not working. Every time I go to do my facial verification, the camera is not connecting with the app which is not enabling me to do my facial verification. I have allowed the app to have access to the camera.

    The app worked only for 1 service and for more than 2 weeks OTP never come through via SMS i emailed support team many times with proof that everything from my end is working and they keep sending acknowledgment emails repeating troubleshooting steps to follow which i replied to them that i followed all and never work , i provided screen shots and video records but they never read my emails!! Shame that people’s essential services in unprofessional useless hands!

    International phone numbers don’t get a verification code after sign-up. Please fix it.

  • It does not accept my passport

    I download the app, follow the instructions, when scan my passport, it always give the wrong DOB ( swap the month and date), and it always does not recognize the expire date. After I correct them, it somehow can not moving forward anymore.
