It charges me and I’ve lost so much money from this app

How do I open it without losing my pics

I have sent multiple emails regarding not being able to get into this app. I had to factory reset my phone and it keeps asking me to start I new trial. I have paid for the annual membership. No one has responded to my emails about how I can get back into my account. All my pictures are on there. I need help! This has been going on for a little over a month now with no help.

It’s great

$5/week is awfully steep for a sync function when they could have just used private iCloud storage and not build an unneeded service that I am skeptical they can protect.

This app is created by a greedy company that makes kids learning apps. They want you to pay $4.99 a week to store your photos media and more thinking it’s so secure. This app is not worth a penny. Other apps offer free storage worth more value then this.
