    There is literally no code on my quest that the app “supposedly” sent to it. Like I can’t see a code anywhere and there is literally nothing in the costumer service area that helps with this issue.

    So when I deleted the all just for a month or two and redownloaded it and tried logging into my vr account it said the email wasn’t connected to any account when I remember specifically it was. I don’t know why it’s saying that because when I use my vr it says I have an account. Please I just wanna get back in on my account on my phone so if there’s maybe a way you can help

    Meta Quest suspended my child's account after we attempted to correct a birthdate. I’ve gone back and forth with Meta Quest customer support for months, with little help and no resolution. They basically send variations of the same unhelpful generic AI response over and over again. Absolutely the worst support I have ever experienced.

    Trying to pair my quest 3 to my phone but every time I sigh into Facebook it just puts me back to the sign in screen.

    Was trying to get a confirmation code for a purchase since I forgot my PIN, and apparently, it sent a code but didn't work so I did a resend. It SENT the same code. Still didn't work. I did this a million times still doesn't work. Don't add the feature if it doesn't even work.

    I really hate that app are SOOOOO expensive and I want the oculus community and CEO to lower their prices with these dam games im so tired of asking a $30-$40 games nobody is going to pay for that🤬😡
