    The Moves App, Madeline and the whole team with her are so great! I’ve used the app for a year and a half now and love it! The workouts offer many alternatives, videos, and written instructions to follow. And in addition Madeline and Brandon have so many stories and reels on Insta with extra tips and suggestions. I found Moves after a back injury, and am able to lift heavier now than I ever have before! So thankful for the team, the dedication, and all of the effort that gets put into this programming!

    I’m 9 months PP and I’ve been doing these programs consistently for about 3 years now. Went to PT after birth and got my pelvic floor & core checked out— she was SHOCKED at the progress of both and asked what I’d done during pregnancy/PP & I told her about this program (& showed her an example) and she’s recommending to all her clients now! Said it’s the most comprehensive program she’s ever seen!

    10/10. I am so impressed with all of the thought and evidence-backed information that shaped this app. Weekly Moves is the reason I truly enjoy and look forward to working out every day. I don’t have to spend time planning/thinking about what I will do at the gym, I just show up and follow the app. I have transitioned from prenatal moves to postpartum to WM, now with core moves. I’ve tried several fitness apps, and this is the only one where I’ve achieved my fitness goals AND developed a healthier relationship with exercise. I also cannot recommend core moves enough. The thorough explanation of deep core engagement has made a huge difference in my workouts and day to day life. This app is beyond worth it!!

    I am so excited for this!!!! I skipped summer TT because I was pregnant. Finished postpartum moves and now I’m doing weekly moves along with my second round of core moves phase 2! My body and core especially feel so much stronger than even before I was pregnant! Cannot wait for this extra push I am SO ready 👏 👏 thank you for all you do and for creating programs that are effective and safe for all levels

    I’m in my 40’s and consistently worked out for most of my adult life. I have 3 kids and have been working out at home for the past 3 years just because it’s the only way I can remain consistent. I found Madeline Moves via IG from macro counters that had used her. I’ve tried other programs, but always come back to hers. The programming is super comprehensive, strength-focused, and adaptable. And the platform is the best I’ve ever seen. Super user-friendly with videos for each movement, alternative movements offered for use of different equipment or mobility issues, and super easy way to track weights used so you can see progress. Love that there are 30&60 min options daily. She has several different program offerings—but I always use the “moves” and it’s just perfect. Thank you, Madeline and team, for putting out a great product in a very competitive market!

    Been following Madeline for a while now and doing TT for a few years. I’m now expecting twins and have been so worried about maintaining my strength during pregnancy and preparing my body for recovery. There’s also the chance of C-section that’s kind of freaked me out- but knowing I have the prenatal and postpartum programs to lean on has been so reassuring. Her workouts are well planned, research based, and so user friendly. I’m really feeling confident she’s set up women so well that I can trust what she says and teaches. I was on the fence for a little bit but my body and my health are worth the investment- so is yours! Highly recommend.

    I started doing weekly moves and the prenatal program about a month ago, and can’t get enough! I teach group fitness and worked out until the end with my first pregnancy, and my core and pelvic floor haven’t felt this strong since having my first. Madeline’s programming is so approachable and enjoy its flexibility to be adjusted to however much time I have on a given day

    I do not write reviews very often but was disappointed that I was billed for 10 months without notification from the company that my request to cancel was not completed. I did not receive any emails nor notifications since March 2024 yet continued to be billed till December 2024 despite no use. When I explained this to the company, they were not willing to issue a refund. I am forced to dispute this via my credit card. Buyer beware for erroneous charges!
