    I like the app well enough and it’s a good value however, I will not be renewing my subscription unless Apple health integration is added. I need to be able to track my workouts along with my other exercises.

    The layout of their product/services is very disorganized. I purchased two specific features, and was unable to even find them once I opened up the app. I was unable to view the app to see how it would show up prior to authorizing my purchase. Once you buy the regular purchase, they force you to go through a whole bunch of other selections to add more things to subscriptions. I did not like this pressure, marketing, but was still willing to give it a try. Once I finish the purchase process, I downloaded the app. this is when I found out it was not possible to determine where the things were that I purchased. Since I did not like this format at all, I looked for another app and found one that is great! It offers more services and is extremely well organized for the same price. It is called Bettet Me. I tried asking for a refund since I didn’t use any of the services at all, however, despite my attempts to explain not only that I didn’t use it, but I didn’t want a free year subscription since I didn’t even want the three month subscription due to the poor user format. I kept getting repeats of the same offers and denial of refund. I can understand not refunding if I had used even 30 seconds of any of the program. I would definitely not recommend this app not only for its inability to be user-friendly but also for the poor customer service try better me it is amazing!

    Although somatic yoga is advertised greatly on all social media platforms, once you buy the subscription you have one somatic yoga routine available. Despite my attempts to reach customer service for assistance and finding more somatic options, all I’ve gotten is redirection to their frequently asked questions. This subscription was pretty expensive compared to other options out there. Truly disappointing.

    I tried this app and decided it wasn’t for me. I reached out less than a week after signing up and was told no refunds. If you do subscribe to this app be aware that the second you pay your money is gone!

    Yeah NEVER GOT MY REFUND literally in THE 30th day. If I could give you no stars, 💯 WOULD. Have reported this company to the BBB, my bank and here for false advertising and poor business practices. Buyer beware and STEER CLEAR. You will not receive a refund for anything. They falsely offer a money back guarantee. 100% NOT true. They “claim” they don’t want to mislead. Sadly that is exactly what keeps happening to most all of the customers.

    I love this app but what I don’t like is how the poses do not flow together naturally. You will be on the floor then you are on your feet to just go back to the floor. As a senior it would be better to do all floor exercises while on the floor and then get up. Also I would like to be able to download this on my smart TV but can’t so that hard for seniors as well to try and do it off your phone or iPad with such small screens.

    This company based in Cyprus will refuse to refund the outrageous monthly fee of about $40 after they suddenly hit you with it. The method to unsubscribe is not apparent, but the support person said they would do it for me, and they offered a one-year free subscription since he could not refund my money. Of course, I got neither. I don’t use the app at all, assuming I have no subscription, but this morally bankrupt company has charged me twice since then. They’ve stopped answering my emails, too. Apple should remove this app from a corrupt company from their store.
