    Biggest rip off I got the subscription and paid the $7.99 and I was still only allowed to read the “free” comics which is only like 10 of them. They scam you and say you can read most of the comics but you can’t unless you pay for the most expensive one.

    I would give the app 5 stars if I was able to read or download comics on cellular data. But it rarely works. Regardless of signal strength.

    This app needs another update. It’s a joke compared to marvels the comics are great but anytime you read a storyline series once you finish one comic it doesn’t go to the next issue. It skips that and goes to the one after completely screwing up series. Not to mention this app is incredibly slow. If you try clicking on something in the library right before you do it refreshes and brings up something else. These developers are terrible I should give it 2 stars but this app used to be a lot worse now it’s an app with minor improvements

    I see this app getting updates but have not seen a basic landscape mode when browsing. I’m enjoying my Ultra subscription. I only have to wait a month for new releases on Ultra. You also get the Deluxe Edition collected editions on a lot of the best series.

    Ultra is ridiculously over priced, locks series ending issues behind a paywall. I love DC, I love this app until it started hiding comics behind a huge paywall. For example, while reading the injustice storyline(which is 10 years old)it literally lets me get to year 5 then cuts me off and hides the last year behind a $120 paywall. I can understand if it’s new comics being on fresh release. But not 10 year old stories or taking the ending away and putting them behind paywalls. I think this will drive the apps popularity down. One thing marvel unlimited does is give you all the comics as long as you subscribe to the monthly price and doesn’t force you to spend $120 for a year subscription. The app developers really need to rethink this ultra feature, it’s ultra crap.

    But I can’t sign up. This seems to be a common issue after a Google search. Check out Shonen Jump or Viz for a better experience. You can get both combined for half the price as this busted app.
