The first night made me feel like I was gently being pulled into something I have never seen and it made me so relaxed 😌 s

This helped me I recommend using self love if you have problems with that it helps you on the first lesson It worked for me but I don’t know if works for everyone but I do recommend it for those who have self love problems

After the first meditation I felt more relaxed and calm. I also have trouble staying calm and focused. This really helped me focus and release stress.
