I can’t use on my android phone because there is no app in google play. Luckily I have an iPhone for work purposes otherwise I’d be returning this product. Please add to google play.

The ball records the stats perfectly (at least I think so), but when I try to watch my bullpen sessions, about more than half of the pitches say, “This pitch does not have video footage”. It can be confusing trying to work the app, as the buttons on the screen don’t really tell you what they do. A walkthrough on how to use the features would be nice. Overall good product for tracking progress, I just wish the app were easier to navigate.

This is definitely a game changer to how I see the game. Except where is the Spin efficiency on the app?

I can’t comment on how accurate it is compared to a radar gun (it’s right in the ballpark when comparing to apps that use slow motion video capture), but looks very consistent and charting changes in velocity and rotation over time is what we got it for. The app works well, ball paired the the first time without a hitch. My 11 yr old is very happy with it. The premium features seem like they are worth it as well. The arm extension and delivery time stats are helpful for feedback to build consistency. Till he has some real games, this allows for some personal competition to beat your best session to session. 👍👍👍

Great product! Keeps tracking of all my son bullpens and the data obtained help improving him in different skill areas, like the grip of the ball and the difference outcome in regards the spin rates. Great customer service both via phone or via messages thru the app. Love the product!

The monthly charge for spin is outrageous. Rev fire ball which give you speed and spin cost less and has no other charges. Won’t be using this ball. Too bad as I was going to get more. Have to stick with rev fire.

Bought this when first came out. Seems to be a good product, however shortly after trial period is over all you have is velocity. $150 for ball then they want $10 a month to see everything else. Looking at $270 for this over first year. No thanks. Way too much. Should of stuck with the Skillz balls that read velocity for $20 with no other fees. Other traditional methods for seeing spin. Hopefully competitor comes out and they have to adjust those monthly fees.

Excellent customer service. I have a problem with the first ball I received after two phone calls I had a brand new ball. So far the second ball works flawlessly.

PitchTracker is simple, easy to use and great for data collection and tracking. It feels exactly like a real baseball! Incredible product.
