What do you do when you need the sidechain pumping effect in an iOS DAW that doesn't have sidechaining? Pumphouse to the rescue! Pumphouse is a simple and excellent compressor (taken straight from our RoughRider 2 codebase) coupled with a step sequencer driving an envelope generator. In this manner, you can sidechain-compress your pads or bassline against a 1-measure pattern, no other inputs required. With an easy-to-understand interface, Pumphouse is a quick method for getting That Sound. Pumphouse requires transport information to work. Please note that some iOS AUv3 hosts do not have a transport. (At this time, Auria Pro that we're aware of.) There is an Inter-App Audio version supplied, but it also requires transport info. We have tested and approve the AUv3 with AudioBus 3, Cubasis, GarageBand, AUM, ModStep, Zmors Modular, and Beatmaker 3.

    And the programmer has been to busy to address the apps already paid for. He had places to be and forgot to fix the broken apps upon return. Most of the older apps released prior to about iOS 12.x were rendered unusable in Cubasis and garageband due to some kind of glitch and over a year later, the issue continues to crash the audio on my iPad Pro 12.9”. There are apps at equal or half the price I am finding work better.

    At first I thought it was a gimmick but I could totally see pass that after using it and can create some effects with it. Kids learn to sidechain properly first this can be used as another tool. Keep this updated please

    I bought this at launch. It’s worked fine for me ever since. No issues at all. Mostly use it in AUM and since it’s AUv3, you can have multiple instances on various rhythm tracks. It’s easy to use, even for a novice. It does a simple thing with a very intuitive interface. Adds some nice dynamics to otherwise repetitive patterns. Recommended :)

    It would be great if it worked properly. Cant work with Cubasis 2 on iPad Pro 9.7” because moving back and forth from app to app causes a glitch and a severe buzzing sound will not stop until you deactivate inter app effect thus rendering this effect useless. Please fix! Once fixed, this will be a staple in my iOS productions. Much potential.

    I can't reopen project in Beatmaker 3 because Pumphouse crashed every time! AudioDamage please fix it!
