    Won’t let me add my debit card. The card scan feature does not work. I’m stuck and can not add my debit card to my account. Small technical problems like this make me question the efficacy of the platform as whole..
  • Weekly Limits

    I love the ease of use when using Zelle. I do not like the fact that there is a weekly limit of $500. This should be at least $1,000; or the customer should be able to call in and have the limit extended after verification.

    OK when it actually works. But it often either won’t let me log in or the transaction doesn’t go through. Sometimes this is transient and it works again in a few hours. Currently has not let me log in for five days, with the only exception being when I was on the phone with Zelle attempting to fix the situation. Have deleted and reinstalled app, turned phone off snd then back on..,

    Don’t use this app/service! They suspended my account due to violation of their user agreement. After hours spent on phone with them they did not want to share why my account was blocked.

    They blocked my account for no reason and told me the only fix was to just find a new way to transfer money so good luck to any who use it don’t violate there “rules” or they’ll just block you cuz they feel like it

    Unless you want to be scammed with no way of recovering funds I highly recommend not using zelle at all. They have no security measures in place and lots of scammers use their service and neither zelle or your bank will do anything to help you. I’ve been dealing with an issue for 5 months now and there is no end in sight. They have literally taken everything from me and there is no recovery process. For a financial service this is super shady like they intended this to be used to scam people out of money. So here is my WARNING to everyone.. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH ZELLE!!
  • Takes forever to open

    Every time I try to open the application, it takes 2 minutes for the page to load, yes I did time it. I have deleted and redownload the app to see if that would fix the problem, it did not. I also don’t like that I can’t Zelle another person that has the zelle app or a small business. Once my bank allows zelle as a money transfer option I will delete the application. This app is not worth the download.

    Specially my younger siblings only thing I wish I could do if I can’t send more the 500$ weekly is to long of a wait if not 48 hours at least after 72 hours be able to send 500$
