I ordered the internet AT&T where I live because the cellular data doesn’t work on our phones at our house. I have had the internet for only around half of the time that they have been charging me for it and when it goes down this app is completely useless since I am unable to report problems via the app (because it requires working internet that AT&T doesn't seem capable of providing). If I truly had any other choice in internet providers where I lived I would pay double what AT&T is charging just so it would work. I’m so tired of the poor internet (and evenworse) the time it takes them to fix a problem once I have had to call them because I am unable to use this worthless app.

This app is almost unusable and terribly designed and developed.

When cleaning messages the app keeps crashing constantly. Cant clear more than 1-2 at times before the will crash

App opens logs in using face recognition but doesn’t go any further.

App crashes every time you try and delete any message or notification.

I’m very excited about this new internet service. The last time I tried it I was very disappointed. This service is awesome and so easy to set up. Just keeps redirecting me to live chat while outside of chat hours. Useless app.

We had Laine come out to our home in Houma, La. Summerfield neighborhood. Laine was very respectful and polite. Great worker and very informative and knowledgeable.
