    Your app is horrible. It took me over an hour to place an order through the app and then having to call customer service who put the discount code in then went to check out and everything had been changed to shipping, then it made me enter my cc info and billing info 4 times before it didn't just wipe out my order entirely and back to having to out the items back in my basket and go through all the steps again. Much improvement needs to be made before having customers use this app.

    Removing items from cart is cumbersome. Moving items to Love or list is cumbersome. Let me select a bunch a once please.

    The customer care/FAQ section needs work. If I connect with a person and try to go anywhere else on the app (I.e to look at my cart when I am reaching out for a problem with it) it will automatically close the chat and you have to start all over with a new person.

    This is a good app. I was able to use my rewards in store, however, when I click the shop button, it’s just a white screen and takes forever to load. Ever since I downloaded the app it did this. I thought it was because I needed to open my location on it but even after doing that, still nothing. I also checked if it needed updated and it doesn’t. Can someone please fix this?

    Every time I open the app it switches my store to a store like 30 miles from me and I always have to reset it to my closest location. Please make it where it keeps the location I choose. It doesn’t even make sense, why would I shop at a bbw so far away when there’s like 10 closer to me? Please fix this.
