My code never works i love Milo’s but no matter where i go the code won’t scan

Milo’s is nothing like it used to be before they started putting locations in other areas other than Birmingham. The rudest people working in Prattville and Montgomery at eastchase the food was horrible for the price I paid for it and don’t get me started on the pies (please remove those horrible things and bring back the other ones). I can honestly say I will never eat at this place again and that’s sad because I used to eat it all the time!

Terrible experience. Place order. Paid. Showed up and store had no record. Manager had to take my phone away from me and copy each item on paper. They made it right but I had to wait while it was fixed. Manager was nice.

This app is easy to use and my food is always ready and hot when I go to pick it up. Also, they send great deals a few times a year and I love collecting points to redeem for rewards. If you love Milo’s, definitely download this app!

I was suppose to have an order ready at 1. I waited if 20 minutes once I arrived for my order.
