    I really don’t like how how iCloud doesn’t keep all of my Videoleap data and Videoleap doesn’t always save my previous project parameters correctly.. additionally, I am now having some trouble with it because it locks up a lot and has meagre storage.

  • Reverse stuck at a percentage

    For some reason when i’m trying to reverse a clip, it gets stuck on a percentage, and no matter how long i wait or if its on any project, its still stuck here. Is this a bug in the app or is it my device? Anyway can you try to get an explanation for this and try to fix it if possible?

  • They don’t want to return my money

    They contacted me and told me to ask for a refund by Apple (because that's where I made the purchase) but it's impossible because as I made the purchase for a while now this application doesn't even appear in the option of eligible for a refund! I am feeling very disrespected, and disgusted because they removed an important functionality from the application and now they are making it difficult to return my money.

  • Used to be the best until they removed stickers and added in app charges

    This used to be the best app for editing videos on mobile. Now they removed the stickers so I cannot add arrows to my videos. On top of that they now added in app charges for any Getty images or videos. I now have to find new editing software/app as this is unusable without stickers. What a terrible update. I am canceling my subscription.

  • Bring back the stickers!

    I love this app and use it all the time. They are constantly adding new features that make the yearly subscription fee 100% worth it! BUT… they got rid of the stickers without telling anyone. And I really loved using the stickers! Not sure what I’m supposed to do now! Ugh! BRING BACK THE STICKERS!

    It’s a really good video editor. But they need free music, or something where you can add music. I want to you the best transitioner bit. But I don’t think it’ll work with voiceover. I usually use voiceover to put my own music, but my Alexa can’t do that forever and it doesn’t work well.

  • Too many issues to charge people

    To pay 40 dollars a month for anything, I expect it to work. It’s frustrating enough to wait 15 minutes to generate a 10 second video clip, it’s infuriating to wait 15 minutes and the software say “it’s cancelled” or for it to tell you “come back tomorrow”. What are you a small diner after hours? I want my money back and you should not be able to charge a dime until you can deliver a product that actually works.

    I used to be able to export my videos without a watermark, now they’re putting a paywall up. Don’t waste your time unless you want to pay $6+ a month.
