It never works right had it for three years. Times out all the time it's a miracle if it works once in a while. How can a multi-million dollar company have such a crapy application?

This app is a real piece of junk. Makes you wonder the type of business any company behind such app provides.

It’s super cold inside my house so I woke up and try to change the temperature, well seems my password is not working, submitted a request to get it reset, thirty minutes later I haven’t got it, so had to actually leave the bed what I was trying to avoid, and walked to the thermostat to adjust it manually. I don’t think I have seen upgrades to the app since 3 years ago, I saw another one but that one doesn’t even has an option to request to reset password. Very frustrating.

I was kicked out of the app and for some reason I can’t log back in. I have clicked forgot password I never get an email to reset password. I’ve tried logging in with serial number and still can’t get back in.

If I could do half of a star or no start then I would. The only thing th app is good for is to check the current temp & adjust it. The scheduling portion does not work. No matter what I do it won’t run the schedule I’ve set. I have to put reminders on my personal calendar for me to go in and adjust the temperature. I don’t know why Carrier even bothered to creat the app.

I can’t read alphanumeric pin So I can’t link with my COR

Just got a thermostat that uses this crappy app and it won’t work because it times out when I put in the address… every … single … time …

Been spending the last 30mins trying to get past the issue/bugs. Headache

I’m tech savvy and still can not get the app to work correctly for setup. My reg code keeps expiring even though I type in all information in less than a minute. It doesn’t explain how to get a new reg code from the thermostat.
