What a wonderful world of feeling. 😃 Thank you for the daily reminder to do some kind of movement. I always feel so much better when I do them.👍🏻 Is app has really helped me get out of the rut.     I like the videos. They are realistic, refreshing, and user-friendly. Full lack of better words. I enjoy these exercises. I can feel the stretching and I know that they’re helping me. When I stop from sitting and I just stand up and do these stretches I can feel the difference immediately afterwards. I’ve used lots of apps and this one to me is more pleasurable and more functional. If I could improve this app, I would allow for it to give me credit for doing exercises elsewhere. Like I work out 3 to 5 days a week and with the personal trainer. I attend one Pilates class each week and I attend one Exercise Coach where there is resistance training also. I’m wearing my watch when I do these so I don’t know what my watch is recording when I do these exercises but anyway I’m very pleased with Wakeout

  • Easy way in to stretching

    If you are newly starting g to exercise, this for 5 minutes will wake you up for your upper body. However, as a former ballet dancer, who has continued to exercise, this is so easy it doesn’t help me except to get me moving a bit. And as with all this apps routines, unless you wear your phone attached to your body (not in your purse), it tells you you are 100% sedentary after 3 hours of gardening and six flights of stairs.

    This app is awesome for adults. I have tried using it with my middle school students, and they either get bored or rotfl from the inevitable exercise that they “read into.” But for adults this app IS great

    I have bronchitis for the past two days. Getting up and moving and taking deep breaths is tough today but I feel a little better for forcing myself to move anyway! Thanks
