    Only offers email support from India. This is not US based like they pretend to be. Also lie saying they legally can’t offer caller ID from employees. But there are several US based services providers who can. Also canceled a port without permission. AWFUL SERVICE!

    Open Phone has allowed us to have 6 admin monitoring the phone lines and any of us at any time can see a summary of the phone calls, listen to the previous phone calls, see the text threads, and have internal conversations about what we need to do to follow up, etc. It’s brilliant. We wish we had this for the last 10 years of business. For any business owner who wants to have a pulse on their admin and their clients, this is a phenomenal resource.

    Signed on with these guys to get my phone cost down. Turns out you do actually get what you pay for. Their core offering doesn’t even work, and there is ZERO support. Ported over our numbers last week and immediately we weren’t getting texts and some phone calls. Put in support tickets as this is an extremely urgent issue since our clients can’t reach us, and I still have yet to get a response several days later. I’m unable to locate an 800 number to call, so I’m apparently just up a creek. All I’ve got are automated email responses saying they’ve received my ticket. Beyond frustrated.

    After signing up and paying the monthly fees, I was very disappointed to see that there is an additional $20 fee to confirm your phone number to utilize the text feature. Not to mention multiple days or weeks to get the confirmation. My ads are already live with the phone number and I can’t reply to my clients. Very frustrating process.

    used Line2 for 10+ years and I’m extremely happy that I switched over to OpenPhone. I only wish that the phone calls and text message were separated, but it’s still a really good app
