I would like more content in Spanish

I downloaded this app because I saw a clip of the Gold Mask on Tick Tok. I was instantly hooked on the other shows available for viewing. Even if I cancel my other streaming services, this is on I will definitely be keeping.

I am ok with this Korean drama app but when I have a problems like payment, contents… I have no any contacts info of KOKOWA. They said we can submit customer support email so I did it, but they don’t have any answer back and hard to contact their customer service. They have very poor customer service and lack of contents.

It’s ridiculous that there is no option for Korean language/interface. As a Korean, it’s very awful and tired to search contents by different language. Interface is also inconvenient and inefficienct.

I loved it. Always 5 before.. However, it said took money off my card and while I’m in middle watching. I have to keep resubmitted a email address to finish It has never done before Saying next payment March 8 but keeps asking me to reapply. And taking out more money .

I love using this app but it's missing a few features that most streaming apps have. First, 'Continue Watching' will only show up if you haven't finished whatever episode you're currently on, so you either have to search for it or go into your list. Second, there's no option to skip to the next episode once the current one finishes. Not too big of a deal, but the issue here is that you have to go searching through the entire episode list for the next one, or it'll just start playing the very first episode of the series.

The app functions and moves as if your battery is on 1% that type of stuttering feeling. People are paying 5.99 a month for a slow and crappy ui that even struggles to let you type the show you want. Constant errors, Cast/Airplay Issues, Constantly being logged out is annoying also there is an error where if you log in it won’t allow you because it says “Verification Error”. Also here’s a tidbit add a continue watching or a favorites tab because customers star a show they like but still have to go through the tedious work of looking it up or scrolling to find it, needs to be more accessible. The app she move swiftly and feather like this is a streaming services with other strong competitors. SERIOUS PATCH NEEDED. UPDATE!!!!

I made a review a few days ago and now I cant seem to find it? Or maybe I didnt submit it idk. Anywho, I signed up for the 14 day free trial just to test things out and then on day 3 or 4 I got charged for the $6.99 monthly plan. Its been around a week now. Its just kind of frustrating because Ive contacted apple support and it says that I am not eligible for a refund with my situation. I mean i get it, its probably a system issue that charged me but at the same time I expected to have 14 days to see if this plan was really worth it. i just want a solution to this problem.

I used it years ago i watch Hi School love on it helped me get into kdramas and sorts i loved it
