    I’ve been with att for about a year now and have always had this spam block on my phone and it did always work well however it has not been doing its job well for about 3 months now but I’m still enrolled and paying for this service every month. Today alone starting from about 10 am until rn at 4 pm I’ve received 12 spam calls. Each time the phone rings and it’s spam a notification pops up showing the att spam block but it still lets the calls through. At this point I don’t understand what or why I’m still paying for it bc it does not work and hasn’t for a while now.
  • Needs Ability to Block All International Calls

    Most of the spam call I am getting now are international. I want an app that can block calls by country code. Shouldn’t be that hard.

    You’re not able to purchase premium caller ID with FirstNet. Apparently, there’s no time of resolution for this.

    Great spam call blocking feature ~ went from numerous a day to ZERO. Actually sometime too good as in blocking other business #s but since sends to VM a user can then add caller to safe list or contact to avoid happening again. Information of Dark web information is extremely helpful as well

    Drains your battery and has spyware. That’s why others complain of spam texts, it’s a horrible app. Does not protect you and don’t put anything in the cloud associated w/this app.

    App is very clunky in several areas. I have attempted to get help with tech support but no luck getting a hold of anyone. It is almost like ATT is asleep at the wheel on this too (other item is reduced coverage in rural areas)

    My app doesn’t do anything it doesn’t even go past the second screen after you read the updated agreement. And select your account protection level.
