    Now they tell you the total payout before you accept a ride. Only problem is then they don't pay you that amount but when you talk to someone, they say that you got paid the correct amount Also, you can drive 7 miles in the person can cancel and you get no cancellation fee. That's one thing these guys need to improve.

    GPS glitches like crazy. Screen goes crazy when I’m on a ride and get an incoming request to be my next ride. I can’t see anything. It’s like the info half loaded. I’m already on a ride and have to pick up my phone to see the request. You’re making this harder than it has to be.

    It is very important to have a Lot for lot of reasons. No one can drive 8 hours, during in drive he need use bathroom , need little rest , need refreshments. Without this it is impossible to drive 8 hour , instead of giving the lot Lyft send email hay spend lees time in airport. Who ever making this plan STUPID plan, want to say man leave the AC room and come to drive and see how is painful to drive , driving is not easy. Don’t play with drivers.. if Uber can put a lot in their map then what is your problem to have a Lot in your map ???? want to say say again Need a lot in Buffalo international airport. Don’t play WITH DRIVER HEALTH and stupid thinking sitting in AC room .

    I received a ride for $10 that lasted for 30 minutes. However, at the end, I was only paid approximately $6 for that ride. The support team confirmed that the calculation was correct. I drove a total of 18 miles and spent 30 minutes to earn $6. After deducting fuel, insurance, and maintenance costs, you would only receive $2 for a 30-minute ride, and you can not waste time with their support

    Updates hurt drivers because they do not allow us rights to defend our opportunities to get our ratings up and they still don’t compensate for long distance pickups. In business for 6 years yet you want to keep screwing the drivers over and over to put yourself out of business. This company is now a big piece of $#!+ for wrongfully terminated me over false allegations & NO EVIDENCE TO BACK IT UP! THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY RACIST, DISCRIMINATING, UNETHICAL PEOPLE!!

    Someone definitely needs to fix this GPS because it is very confusing when you slide to pick up and is facing backwards little thing that is very confusing and sometimes you do the U-turn or whatever you need to make to get directed just like the little arrows pointed and once you do that, then it turns around again the back way that is so annoying so I think live to update their GPS very accurately and they need to do a better job to be honest and I know they can and they probably will but I don’t know what’s taking them too long to fix this little software thing jigger

    Didn’t get paid - Lyft Stole my $$$ - no customer support doesn’t help They are stealing money from their drivers. I left for a trip that took more than 8 miles to pick up and 2.5 miles to drop off and it said I would make $12.90 for. The passenger changed the location when I am around the block and then when I’m outside the passenger changes it to the original location. I get paid $2.50 for the trip and customer support says the passenger made it significantly a smaller trip. The payout shows a breakdown of my pay for the ride ONLY including 2.5 miles. They didn’t pay me for driving 10 min and 8 miles. Lyft is stealing money. This happens A LOT! Their is no customer support. They don’t care about the drivers. They pay $17-18/hr in LA before expenses = $9/hr for active hours. Actual hours (all the time your in the car waiting for rides) you make $2-$7 per hour. Remember you need to take the earnings and pay for car payment, gas, insurance, tires, oil changes and repairs. They send out the same ride to multiple people causing you to only have a couple seconds to accept a ride.
