    My game keep crashing so I reported the problem and did what I was told to do and now I lost my game and it started from the beginning.

    I thought getting the latest update would fix the continuous crashes but it continues to happen. It’s bad enough to have to watch all the ads but when the app crashes at the end of every ad, it makes it hard to want to even play the game any more. It seems this problem has increased since the update which allows us to pay to not watch ads. If this continues I will only quit playing.

    The game has been shutting down sporadically in fact in the last 30 minutes it shut down 3 times. I offloaded the game, turned off the phone, waited 2 minutes and then reloaded the game from the App Store. I have done this before (probably 3-4 times)and it helps for awhile. I play on an iPhone 13-IOS 16.7 I have excellent internet service ( CenturyLink business BW for my home and I am the only user). I have 128GB storage on my phone of which I have 38.8 GB in use. I play from the USA. I disconnected the printer and there are no other Devices connected to the Internet. I have not experienced this issue with any of my other apps. Please let me know if more information is needed. Well it is a month later from the message above… no improvement… it actually might be worse!

    I used to love playing this game, but for the past month or so, it is crashing CONSTANTLY! I’m just about ready to find a new pass time. It’s not fun anymore when your hard earned energy and rewards just disappear! 😒

    If you experience kick off the game all you have to do is you delete then download again the app. When download click Facebook account so you can choose the current game or new game. That’s what I did. Now I can play continuously and no kick off the game while playing. Try this and will get better again.

    Been playing for years, it’s a good solid game, however their latest updates have screwed something up for iPhone play and it just crashes constantly. Very disappointing!

    I have lost progress,lightening bolts and it won’t stay open even to ask developers for help. We love this game but now it’s stealing my $ and is pissing me off. Obviously I’m not the only one having issues with this.
