This game is fun, however, it has nothing to do with the ads and all it is is just you building a house and choosing what furniture it is. You do some candy crush for it but overall it’s a pretty fun game. I’m just not very happy that they lied in the ad. They have that mini game like once and it’s very short so if you’re just looking for the mini game, then I wouldn’t recommend.

It’s a lot of ads. It’s crazy weird but I love the tiny mini games where you can just like give the money but on the ads when I’m playing my other games and I just see it and like oh that’s super cool like a mind game super fun supposedly cool But not my favorite thing but I like I like that stuff optional, but yeah, I guess I like it.

Initially, I really enjoyed this game, but I soon realized that it has turned into a cash grab of sorts. Even after purchasing coins to advance, this game had the nerve to charge me over $20 to advance to the next level. Absolutely ridiculous. The level wasn’t even hard, but the goal for said level, I think it was level 1520, the goal was contingent upon the game providing power ups to be matched with identical power ups. They didn’t even give any power ups for at least 10 moves. It was also a one shot win level, but the next level was labeled super hard and actually was easy. I turned it off after that. I’m thinking about deleting the app altogether.

The game is okay. It’s nothing like the ads. This game is mostly decorating a house then doing puzzles with the woman and little girl. A little disappointed
  • Tedious & not as advertised.

There are too many different things going on and hardly any of the puzzles they show in the ads. I’ve tried playing this game a couple of times and have deleted it now both times.

I’ve been playing Homescapes for years, even taking a break for a couple of years before picking it up again. While I do enjoy the game, I’m beyond frustrated with the misleading ads that constantly appear in other games. These ads showcase fun mini-games, making it seem like they’re a core part of Homescapes—but they’re not. Maybe they appear in the first few levels, but after years of playing at higher levels, I’ve encountered zero of these mini-games. If you’re downloading this game expecting to play them, you’ll be disappointed. It feels deceptive, if not outright fraudulent. Another major frustration is how the gameplay itself has changed. The developers have gradually made it harder to progress, removing features that once allowed players to strategize better. For example, you used to be able to make multiple moves at the same time, which helped in winning difficult levels. Now, that’s been taken away. The most recent updates have made it even more obvious that the game is pushing players toward spending real money to progress. A prime example is the Super Ball reward. It takes 10 wins to earn one, yet as soon as you get it, the game’s difficulty sometimes seems to spike unnaturally. Normal levels that should be easy suddenly become harder than even the extreme levels, conveniently right when you have an advantage. The algorithms are clearly designed to make you struggle just enough to keep you hooked—and spending. This has always been part of the game’s structure, but it has become far more aggressive over the last few years. At the end of the day, Homescapes is a fun game, but don’t be fooled into thinking that wins are based purely on skill. The game is carefully designed to manipulate players into spending money. If you’re okay with that, go ahead and enjoy it—but if you’re looking for the mini-games from the ads, you won’t find them here.
